| You must apply to BOTH the University of Oklahoma and to the Civil Engineering and Environmental Science Department in order to be considered for graduate school at OU. Both applications are now online. Only the OU application charges a fee. It takes several weeks for the application to get through the University system, so please apply early! We cannot review your application until it has been accepted at the University level. Once it is accepted at the University level, our graduate studies committee will review your entire application and make a decision.
